Shape Your Ceremony is a 60-minute Google Meet session where we get into the detail of your ceremony together. What's working, what isn't, what's still missing, and what could be extraordinary. We'll cut through the noise, find the moments that are actually yours, and map out a ceremony that feels like you, not Generic Wedding #847.

You'll leave with a clear structure, bespoke ideas designed specifically for your relationship, and the kind of creative momentum that makes the whole thing feel possible.

Here’s how it works

Step 1: Book Your Session
Once you've paid, you'll receive a booking link to choose a date and time that works for you. You'll also get a short pre-session form. Just the basics about your plans, what's feeling good, and where you're stuck. This means we hit the ground running.

Step 2: Your 60-Minute Session (via Google Meet)
We'll use the hour however you need it most. That might look like:

  • Reviewing your existing ideas and refining what's working

  • Mapping out your structure from scratch if you're starting fresh

  • Exploring guest involvement ideas suited to your people and your venue

  • Generating bespoke "Signature Moments" that reflect who you actually are as a couple

  • Talking through a specific challenge — the processional, the vows, honouring someone who's no longer here

There's no fixed agenda. You bring what you've got. I'll bring the expertise.

Step 3: Your Follow-Up Action Plan
Within 48 hours of our call, I'll send a written Action Plan - a clear summary of the ideas we discussed, your mapped-out ceremony structure, and your next steps. You'll also receive the recording of our session so nothing gets lost.

This isn't a full ceremony writing service. I won't be writing your script or delivering your ceremony on the day. If that's what you're looking for, The Ceremony is the right fit.

This also isn't a vague coaching call where we talk in circles. You'll leave with something concrete: a structure, real ideas, and a clear direction forward.

And it isn't one-size-fits-all. The ideas we generate are specific to your relationship, your guests, and your ceremony, not recycled suggestions you could find on any wedding blog.

  • No. You can come with a half-formed idea, a list of questions, or just a feeling that something isn't clicking yet. The session works whether you're at the very beginning or further along in your planning.

  • Yes — and ideally, you both will. The best ideas come from hearing about your relationship from both sides.

  • Absolutely. You'll leave with a clear structure and specific ideas your friend can work from confidently. If they'd benefit from more hands-on support after our session, The Script picks up from there.

  • Yes. Shape Your Ceremony is a remote session via Google Meet, so location is no barrier.

  • If you'd like me to write your ceremony script, you can book The Ceremony or The Script. The investment you've made in Shape Your Ceremony will be taken off the price of either service if you book within 30 days. (This upgrade is subject to availability, so please mention this when booking if you think it may be an option you’d like to take up)

  • Shape Your Ceremony is available on a rolling basis. You don't need to be 12 months out. Whether your ceremony is 18 months away or 6 weeks away, this session will give you something useful.

  • For now, I'm only offering a limited number of Shape Your Ceremony sessions while I test how it fits alongside my other work. If it feels like what you need, I'd encourage you to book sooner rather than later.
