Shape Your Ceremony
One Session. A Clear Direction.
Ideas That Are Actually Yours.
Why couples choose ‘Shape Your Ceremony’
Your ceremony deserves more than a Pinterest board and crossed fingers.
Planning a wedding ceremony is a strange thing. You know how you want it to feel. You've saved ideas, bookmarked readings and probably had dozens of conversations about what you don't want. Wherever you're starting, the goal is the same: to create a ceremony that feels deeply personal, flows beautifully and gives everyone in the room a real sense of your relationship.
Shape Your Ceremony is a guided ceremony design process where we do exactly that, together.
Over the course of the process, you'll explore your relationship using my Worth The Asking conversation cards, complete a guided discovery questionnaire, and spend 90 minutes with me designing your ceremony. We'll shape your ideas, develop new ones, map out the structure, and create the moments that will make your ceremony feel unmistakably yours.
Afterwards, you'll receive a personalised action plan, a recording of our session and lifetime access to The Vows, so you have everything you need to write your ceremony with confidence.
By the end of the process, you'll know exactly what your ceremony is going to become, and you'll have a clear plan for bringing it to life.
This is for you if you:
You'd love a ceremony that reflects your relationship in a thoughtful and meaningful way.
You're planning a ceremony led by a friend, family member or celebrant and want a beautifully considered structure to work from.
You'd enjoy expert guidance while still creating something that's completely your own.
You'd like a clear plan that turns your ideas into a ceremony you can confidently write.
Here’s how it works
Step 1: Book Your Session
Once you've paid, you'll receive a booking link to choose a date and time that works for you.
Step 2: Have a great conversation and fill in your questionnaire
The first step of your own discovery work is to use my “Worth The Asking” conversation cards, followed by a deep-dive questionnaire. This is where you slow down long enough to notice what really matters about your relationship, your guests and the experience you want to create together.
By the time we meet, I'll already understand your story, your priorities and the questions you're wrestling with, so we can spend our time creating rather than collecting information.
Step 3: Your 90-Minute Session (via Google Meet)
We'll spend 90 minutes together on Google Meet designing your ceremony.
Every session looks slightly different, because every couple arrives with different questions. You might already have pages of ideas that need shaping. You might be staring at a completely blank page. You might be wondering how to involve your guests, write meaningful vows, include children, honour someone who's no longer here, or create moments that feel unmistakably like you.
Whatever you've got, we'll work through it together.
By the end of our session you'll have clarity, confidence and a ceremony that finally feels like it's taking shape.
Step 4: Your Follow-Up Action Plan
Within 48 hours I'll send you:
a written summary of everything we discussed
your ceremony structure mapped out clearly
all of your next steps
a recording of our session
You won't be relying on memory or scribbled notes.
Everything is organised in one place so you can pick up exactly where we left off.
Step 5: Write your ceremony (and your vows…with support!)
This is where everything comes together.
Using your action plan, you'll have everything you need to write your ceremony with confidence.
If you're writing personal vows, you'll also receive access to The Vows, my complete vow-writing course, so you'll never be staring at a blank page wondering where to begin.
By the end, you'll have a ceremony that's deeply personal, thoughtfully structured and ready to hand to whoever is leading it on the day.
