Here’s How We’ll Work Together
Step 1: Discovery Meeting (60 minute call)
We'll meet (you, your partner, and me) to talk through your vision for the ceremony. This is an open, creative conversation where you share inspiration, ideas, preferences, and any questions. I'll listen, ask questions, and start understanding what matters most to you both. Whether you're getting married or renewing your vows, this meeting is where we explore what you want your ceremony to feel like and what role your guests will play.
Step 2: Gathering Inspiration
After our meeting, I'll send you some resources and a short questionnaire to complete together. You're also welcome to send photos, links, notes, or anything else that expresses your style and story. This guides the tone and flow of your ceremony.
Step 3: Celebrant Consultation (30 minute call)
Before I start designing the ceremony, I'll arrange a call with your friend or family member who's officiating. This ensures our ideas align and that they feel involved and confident from the start, not dropped in at the last minute with a script and a "good luck!"
Step 4: Script Creation & Refinement (up to 3 Revisions)
I'll write a complete first draft of your ceremony, including:
Full script with exact wording
Stage directions and flow guidance
Communal elements designed to involve your guests
Timing and pacing notes
You'll review it, offer feedback, and we'll refine together. Up to three rounds of revisions are included, so we can adjust, tweak, and perfect until it feels exactly right. (We can work via Google Docs for easy collaboration.)
Step 5: Celebrant Support Call
Once the script is finalised, I'll have a dedicated coaching session with your person. We'll cover:
Delivery techniques (pacing, tone, presence)
How to handle nerves and stay grounded
Flow and transitions between elements
How to engage guests and hold the room
They'll finish this call feeling prepared, confident, and genuinely excited (not terrified).

No. In the UK, only registrars can perform the legal part of a marriage. You'll need to handle that separately (either before or after your ceremony). What I provide is the meaningful, personal celebration ceremony.
